Possible spaghetti worm? Branching structures?

Could I get some IDs on this stuff in my sump? I've been working on improving water quality so I think a lot of new stuff has been thriving.

I thought this was a dead bristleworm or something dried up on the glass, until it started growing spaghetti-like tendrils. I googled spaghetti worms but none of them really look like this

This one looks like it's branching out like a spiderweb or veining on a leaf. It appears to have air bubbles attached to it.

Could I get IDs on these please? Thanks.
 
I like having diversity in my tank, especially if it's not harming anything, the worm just kinda seems to be minding its own business. Since they're both in my sump, I don't mind having them to look at since they're kind of cool, but if I know for sure that they can be destructive, I'll get rid of them.
