Potato bug looking worm?

Tonight at lights out I noticed these white white potato bug looking thing kind of sluggish looking. Sorry for the poor pic

Any idea of what this is? Freind or foe?

Do they have a shell? They look like chiton to me, but the pics are kind of blurry...

Look through these. I have a bunch of the pink ones and quite a few white-ish ones too.

Can you remove one and put it in a small container of tank water? Then take a pic?

No. I'm thinking a chitin like you said. I have not seen another one. I'm bare bottom and have some gaps under rock work. This is where I found them

If I see one I'll try to catch and post a pic
