Powerhead Placement & Advice

Hey guys, I’m currently setting up my first tank & was wondering where the optimal area to place my powerheads would be. At the moment, I’m contemplating ordering 2 Jebao OW-50 powerheads. I’m concerned these may be too powerful. Is this a good choice & where should I place them? There is a decent amount of space between the rock & the front and back walls of the tank. I attached a pic below of my tank. (I’m getting rid of the powerhead that’s in there atm so won’t have that)
It’s a 90 gallon tank (48x18x24)
The end goal is a mixed reef

From what I've read, the ow-50 can go as low as 423 gph up to 5283 gph. Should work fine a 90 gallon. I would place them one at each end of the tank facing eachother. Alternating current.
