Just have a quick question if I dose my tank with prazi pro do I need to take the purigen out or will this not effect it thx

And also when using prazi if I wanna do 2 doses how do I do that after the 7 days just put more In or do I have to do a water change and carbon then put more in thx

So yes, remove purigen.

"A single treatment lasting 5-7 days is normally sufficient. Repeat as necessary, but no more than once every 3 to 5 days"

I would remove the Purigen, as I don't know exactly what it's capable of pulling out of the water.

You should do two doses, as Praziquantel doesn't kill fluke _eggs_. They'll hatch within five days, but can begin laying their own eggs after about seven, so that's your window. 5-7 days.
