Pump malfunction - SOS

Just getting set up and already have a major pump malfunction. I have a used Eheim Pro II. Started it up on Wednesday with the salt water, san and base rock. Everything was going along great until this evening. It's leaking like a seive where the top seals down on the base. I've gone on-line to Eheim and ordered a replacement gasket seal but even the fastest shipping won't get it here for at least a week. Is there anything I can do in the meantime? Live rock came in today but I haven't put it in the tank yet. There are no Eheim dealers anywhere close to Tampa, FL.

Live rock can survive in a bucket or the tank with just some powerheads until you get your sump pump working again.

Do you have any livestock?

If you have live rock get a tub of some sort or put it in the tank and get powerheads (cheap ones) to keep good circulation
