I'm eradicating brook and ich from my DT with a 90 day fallow period for good measure. Its overkill but I want to do it this way.

In my hospital tank how long should I keep therapeutic levels of copper and how many days should metroplex be dosed for brook?

Each fish is going to get a formalin bath with rid- ich for one hour as well before going into the hospital tank.

From what ive gathered, it would look something like this?

30 days of copper treatment with 14 of those days of metroplex? I wont be able to do a TTM method, so if copper needs to be present longer I can do that being the display is staying fallow. I'm just not sure if that's too stressful for the fish.

TIA

What kind of copper are you using? I’ve found coppersafe to be easier on the fish, especially if you’re doing a longer stretch. Sounds like you’ve got a good plan though

Your plan sounds good.
30 days therapeutic copper is enough. Be careful when mixing copper with abx due to O2 depletion. Add a lot or flow.

At therapeutic levels of copper, 21 days is the standard treatment period as long as it is always in therapeutic range. It sounds like you have a good plan.
