Ready for a Bubbletip?

Unfortunately I can't pull it without dismantling half my tank.
I use aiptasia rx. It's the funky angle it's at, hard to get the schmoo down it's throat.
I understand.

I guess the real question is, what flavour?
White, green, rose, or orange?
I'm personally leaning towards white or green to contrast with the deep red of the clown.
It will be about a week and a half before I can go pick one up, so I'll do some more testing, see where things are at.

Yeah. Apparently there's some bubbletip that are a whiteish beige that aren't bleached, though easily mistaken for it, according to them. I'm leaning towards a green or a rose.

A store on the other side of the country has these awesome, bright yellow BTAs, but they are like $200 for a toonie sized anenome.

My maroon an a gbta

Lightning maroon, right?
That's what I want to pair my guy with. He's a gold dot, so all goes well I may end up with gold lightnings. :D
Correct. A dream fish. When I first seen them a pair was pushing 1000.00

I wish you luck on the rbta! For the aptasia, have you tried berghia nudibranchs or introducing a filefish that eats aptasia? Aptasia X just tends to make them multiply since they release clones into the water column when they are injured/burned by chemicals.

I added a Rainbow BTA today. When I played a video on the iPad the female clown just got mad. Clowns are stupid.
I chased mine around with my hand they’d get close to the bta and I back away did that for awhile now my frost bite won’t go far from her black widow bta

I hate to say it but I don't think your really for a BTA yet. Your salinity is too low. Anemones require phosphate and use nitrate as a food source. You don't know where you alkalinity is at.
There are no white BTAs. Just stores trying to sell bleached ones! If you buy a white one your chances of success are much lower. Take a little more time and you will be money ahead in the long run.

No matter, even if I wanted one, they're all miniscule. So tiny even my tiny clown would destroy them if he decided to be hosted. Don't have the resources to run a grow out tank, so I'm stuck waiting. Time to get more things in order I suppose.

Bta don't care about nitrates or phosphates. My tank settled at 100 ish nitrates and 0.25ish phosphates.

There's 2 bta in the pic mother and clone. The tenticles in the background is the clone. Some of the easier nems. You'll do fine. Moderate flow and moderate light. mine sits around 150par and slightly above moderate flow.

Sit the nem In a decent void where they can sink thier foot in.
That is a false statement. Anemones require both to live and like what most consider high nitrates. Nitrates are a direct food source for Anemones. I suggest they should be at least 10-20.

Yeah. Apparently there's some bubbletip that are a whiteish beige that aren't bleached, though easily mistaken for it, according to them. I'm leaning towards a green or a rose.
Don't by that line of BS! The same applies to white or pink BTAs. Look for healthy anemones when your ready. You will be money ahead in the long run.

They tough man ill agree with that and they like food. Some say dont i say do it. But iam a a rookie so ;)
Mine will be stringy ill give him some pellets and back to being bubbly
