Red-pink sponge?

Hey all, one of my frogspawn started having this red pinky thing grow on it. It looks like a sponge to me, I just don't know if it's harmful at all. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thank you.

I can't really tell but it kind of looks like a possible tunicate rather than a sponge. I don't think they're necessarily harmful, but they could possibly become an irritant to the Frogspawn.

Take a look at red forams ... I think I've heard these guys called that in the past, and if that's what they are, they won't get much bigger, and are completely benign.
