Red Sea login

Why does Red Sea have the existing owner login like a new owner. I created my login months ago and for the second time Red Sea app wants me to login again like as if I was a new owner. This is crazy, once I have created a login why should I have to do this again?

Never had this issue. Reach out to them, their customer service is top notch. I chat with them on IG when I need help and they usually respond in 48 hrs
