Red String/Worm found in sand

Hi everyone,
I just got used sand and liverock from an established tank to start up my first tank. I was sifting through the sand to pull out any shells and rocks and found a couple little red stingy bundles. I put them aside now they've stretched out and moved? There were several that have done this now.

There's a slimy bit of light purple. Some gelatinous spheres, and what seems like a slug on one of the rocks

Spaghetti worms. Good part of the CUC. I have them in my tank. They eat detritus and uneaten food bits. Keep them if you can.

"What looks like a slug" looks like it might be a sponge - unless it's actually mobile.

Also looks like you got some of the "good" liverock ... the kind that comes from the ocean, with fascination included!

I did notice the 'thing that looks like a slug' on a piece of GSP as well, not sure if it's the same one and I haven't dug back into the tank to see if it was something that moved or was there to begin with, it's in a floating cup now until I know for sure if it's going to be allowed to stay. This is fairly old live rock from what I've been told, I already found an asterina roaming around. The guy I got it from had it in his tank for about 7 years, and he got it from someone else who had it in a tank for several years before that.
