Reef octopus ns80 microbubbles help

hi.
Just set up a new tank 3 days ago.
Then i ran the skimmer after 2 days. Ive been ghost feeding for 2days also. Theres been micro bubbles coming out from the return. My ammonia is around 2 ppm already.
How can i fix the microbubbles?
Is it because the skimmer isnt fully broken in? Or its because im giving excess fish food.

Your going to have to wait to get the skimmer broken in as well as adjusting the height of the skimmer in the water to the instructions.
