Reef roids questions

Just ordered a small thing of reef roids to give a try in my 36g how often and how much should I feed here’s my coral listing

1 red bullseye mushroom (yet to find its happy spot)
1 orange/purple Yuma mushroom
1 green Yuma Yuma mushroom
1 large frogspawn
1 Duncan ( started 2 heads has about 5-6 baby heads now)
1 rose bubble tip anemone (past few days been moody comes out a few hrs then closes up
2 different green star polyps sm
1 new purple/yellow tip torch lg
1 3 head hammer
1 pulsing Xenia

I usually just eyeball it to make a paste.

It should come with a little spoon, IIRC. I would start with one small serving and mix it with some tank water. Let it sit a minute then broadcast feed the tank. I usually left the return off for 15 minutes and leave the powerheads on. Start small once a week and keep an eye on nutrient levels. A little goes a long way, couple times a week is plenty.
