Hi, I'm new to R2R but have had a fowlr for about 5 years now. I'm working on getting by new 220 gallon tank up and running but have a question about the rock scape. I've been looking for nylon rods to help secure my ~200 lbs of reef saver rock together. I haven't found any locally and the rods I have found don't seem like they will work(very thin and short). Was wondering if I could use the plastic rods used to stake down young trees? I haven't been able to find out what they are made of don't want them leaching anything harmful into my tank. Thanks

Check out the fiberglass driveway reflectors at home improvement stores. About 1.50-2$ per stick and if you put tape around them you can cut them with a hacksaw pretty easily.

Cool, thx. Will a pvc pipe cutter cut the driveway reflectors? Just thinking a bit less clean up involved and loads quicker.
