Refugium or QT

Hi people, my first post! I'm in need of some advice/opinions. I've got a 36x11x15 and a 23x15x15 tank. One is going to be a remote refugium with DSB and some mangroves and the other is going to be a qt tank. Which one for which use? Opinions? Reasons?

You'll want the taller of the two for running your DSB. Other than that can't think of anything else.

There both 15" high! lol Got lights and an internal filter that will fit both of them as well. I'm leaning towards the 3' for the DSB and the 2@ for the qt.

Use the longer one for a qt tank because if you have some fish that like to swim back and forth (i.e. Tangs) you would want a longer tank... At least that what I think
