I knew I always wanted a bit larger reef tank, but wasn't ready to start out with a brand new ($$) tank.
I have an older glass tank that has served it's purpose. But, it is thick glass, has a lot of scratches on the front and most of all, it is not drilled. I believe it is a 100 gallon tank, dimensions are 72Lx18dx19h.
I am thinking I want to replace it. I do not care if it is acrylic or glass. The biggest issue I have. It needs to be the same size because it is built into the wall. I have looked around and haven't really seen anything in this size. Now for the ?'s

Is this a common sized tank and I am just looking in the wrong places?

Pros/cons of glass or acrylic?

I have a mixed reef with a lot of rock and sand bed. Are there any unforeseen "issues" with transferring livestock?
I have enough temporary housing for everything. Rock, sand, water, and all livestock?
