Restart my tank

So we moved and I hadn't realized I didn't have time for my tank. When I finally called it quits about 3/4 of a year ago I gfave away all my cherished corals clams and fish. However my fishtrank (29 gallon biocube) sat stagnant and evaporated half way. Has anyone done this before and when you have how did you go about a restart? Thank you in advance for the help

When in doubt I let it soak in bleach for a day then rinse then soak in freshwater with a dechlorinator for a day then rinse and let it dry for a week
