What do you mean by top off tank. Pic is drain and return. Where would top off tank be??

Top off is the reservoir sitting on the sump that has a hose and float valve on the sump

No salt in there. Just fresh water. As water evaporates the salt remains. So the ATO gets fresh

I fill mine. You don't want that to run out. My system is a bit smaller but a full tanks last me about 3 days

Holy hell I think that was it!!! At least it stopped the drain from bubbling up!!!! You guys rock!!!! Don’t know how I would’ve figured it out. Working on closing up drain valve 1/4 turn every 5 mins or so. Thank you friends!!!!
