RO/DI Experiment (TDS Testing)

Hey guys,
I am still all new to this. I have just gotten my new RO/DI system up and running. Curious to know what kind of readings others have, if anyone else has checked it. I bought the aqualife RO Jr 100gpd system, then added the aqualife Dual DI filters as well. Everything had a 5 gallon flush prior to testing. Our local tap water is really hard, and I do not have a softener. I have to say I am pleased with the results. (Unless someone tells me otherwise!)

LFS 0059ppm
City Tap Water 0320ppm
Aqualife RO Jr 0014ppm
RO Jr with Dual DI 0000ppm

Yeah I can guarantee mine is worse already! Dang it!

Curious how fast our cartridges deteriorate!

Pretty darn good performance, It's really hard to compare systems as everyone has different variables to start with. I have a 90GPD Spectrapure with 227 TDS tap, I get 0-1 TDS after my RO and 0 after my DI. But obviously the same system won't get the exact same results in your area. Looks like you have a solid setup and you should be happy with it

Not a problem, and good call with the dual DI canisters. One of the better upgrades to go with, I'll be adding a second to my system soon along with another RO canister
