RO newbie question.

Hello, bought an RO buddie 100gpd. My question is that, do i have to leave the waste water outlet open? Or do i have to plug it?

That is your waste water line, the red plug in it is just to keep the end plugged during shipment so the o-rings inside don't get knocked out. You have to remove the red plug, and put a line in there that then goes to your drain.

Same, I fill up my washing machine if I happen to be doing wash at the same time

On most of the units I've seen, the blue line is the RO output, yellow for water supply, and the red hose is for waste. You might want to check the configuration of that, or maybe I'm just crazy.
