My Rodi setup has 6 stages. Since I am a total newbie I have a question. The last 2 chambers are the di media pellets. The last one is not full, but the 1 before it is. I know the chamber is important but is the one before the exact same? How important is it sine thereare 2?

Both should be completely full and packed tightly so the wate rdoes not short circuit or channel and take the path of least resistance which leads to poor treatment. Are they horizontal or vertical canisters? If horizontal it will me much more efficient if you mount them vertically so they fill from the bottom and exit the top, in this way all water and resin come into contact with each other.

The 3 big container are vertical. The membrane and the to di containers are horizontal. I will probably fill them then fix it so it's vertical. Thanks for info
