I have an aquaticlife RO buddie. I bought it about 4 years ago and cannot for the life of me remember if its 100gpd or 50gpd model. I was out of the hobby for over 3 years so now that I'm back in I need to replace everything.I've replaced the di resin, sediment cartridge, and carbon cartridge. I now want to replace the membrane as well but don't want to buy something that doesnt fit. Both the 50gpd and 100gpd replacement membranes say they are 11 3/4 inch and fits most standard to units. Is it simply a,matter of preference to which membrane I buy or is my model specific to one or the other? Im sure this is a dumb question and I feel really stupid for not knowing which piece of equipment I have but I don't wanna buy something that doesnt fit or is bad for my unit. Thanks in advance for any help.

You know what, that is a great point. Lol I feel even more idiotic now that I didn't think to pull the membrane out and check! Haha thanks a ton for the reply, much appreciated

Just check my old membrane I keep for reference and it does have a model number and brand but no gpd maybe with the model number you will be able to figure it out.

You could any residential-scale membrane, typically from 24 to 100 plus gpd. Make sure to use a $4 flow restrictor that gives you a concentrate ("waste water") volume to permeate (purified water) volume ratio of about 4 to 1 under typical conditions.
