Hello Folks!

I have a 4 stage RODI unit and recently tested and saw my PPM was 14. I ordered new filters. Do you guys replace all 4 at once? This is the 6 month mark for me. when do you folks change your filters? what PPM and do you replace all 4?

Cheers!!

6 months is a good time to replace them and yes I usually do sediment and carbon at the same time. DI I just change when it starts showing 1 ppm. Curious what is your source water TDS and what is it right after your RO membrane? If your DI is leaching 14 ppm then it's been gone for a while...

I just changed everything to new filters, tested the water and am getting 7 ppm Grrrr...Must be the checker. Any idea of calibration techniques for these things?

They're pretty cheap, I'd just buy a new TDS pen and know it's giving a correct reading

Yeah probably best bet, mine is the cheapest of cheap from China lol.
I bought a cheap one too...the only way I'd spend much money on one is if it was one of those cool new ones that have like seven functions (pH, salinity, ORP, TDS, etc.) that can Bluetooth connect to your phone
