Maybe you want to ship your RODI to us for diagnosis and repair?
I could do that but it is probably better to just purchase a new unit. What is interesting to me is with no moving parts and having already replaced the membrane and housing what else could go wrong? It has to be something in the membrane housing. I even removed the membrane and reseated it. It definitely felt like it seated and took some effort to get it to do so. Maybe it is possessed:) Anyway thanks for helping me.

So it sounds like you are getting concentrate leaking in the permeate port. ---> the membrane isn't sealing in the permeate port cup inside the membrane housing.

I pushed the membrane in as far as I could with a considerable amount of force. Not sure how I can do more but I can try a rubber mallet. This is a conversation we had way back and either you or someone else at Buckeye speculated it may be a hairline crack in the housing so I got a new one same results. I thought back then this made sense. Would this also explain the lack of sufficient waste water, i think it may.

Sad to say the new membrane housing did not do anything to change the flow. I have a new membrane so I will try that. I know that it will produce low TDI numbers going to the DI because that has been the case in the past. What I don't know is whether it will slow the flow of the permeate bringing my ratio closer to 4:1.

Edit:
So I look at the replacement membrane that I ordered from Amazon and it is a Filmtech TW30 1812-75 and I ordered a BW60 1812-75. I believe the TW30 is old and the BW60 is the newer model. Can anyone confirm this?

You are correct. The TW is spec'ed at 96 to 98% rejection. The BW is spec'ed at 96 to 99% rejection.
Maybe the vendor doesn't know the difference, or has a bunch of old stock they need to get rid of.

Good example of why you might want to stick to R2R sponsors.

I can return it. I have been purchasing them on Amazon with no problem until now. Price was $29 with 2 day shipping, can you match?

I won't match that, sorry. There is a cost of being a legitimate business. Have you seen that vendor on this or your other threads, or on the phone or over email troubleshooting your system with you?

Your comment is uncalled for imo. I didn't ask you for your advice, but I certainly appreciate the help. I try to help people all of the time and don't expect any financial gain. Maybe it doesn't count but I did order a couple of things from you after I started this post which turned out to be unnecessary. I had the membrane sitting here for a while so that was not a new purchase but since it is not as ordered Amazon will let me replace it. I order 90% of my aquarium purchases from R2R vendors and other reef site sponsors and have for 10 years. You should see my account at BRS. I can sympathize with you not being able to match Amazon prices but there is no way I am going to pay 50% more just to be a good guy, I have a family to feed like everyone else. Don't let this ruin your week-end it really isn't that important in the greater scheme of things.
