Rose Bubble Tip removal

Does anybody have a tip or trick to remove a bubble tip from an aquarium? They are moving around but always stuck to a rock. Any way to get it out without removing the rock?

There are a couple of tricks. I was able to get mine off a rock by placing small ice packs on its foot while gently peeling the foot away from the rock with a credit card. It took a while
