Royal gramma looking rough

Not sure what this is as it doesn’t appear to be spots like ich but more of a fin issue. Any suggestions?

Does he hide in rocks at night? My dottyback gets stings on her fins sometimes from going through the zoas that guard her hole.

He does but there are no corals in the tank yet. Also this started happening after I added other fish so it’s stress related

I have meds on the way. From what I’m reading it’s probably bacterial.
My water parameters are all within ranges and my other fish don’t seem affected.

What other fish are in with your gramma? The gramma in the other post is getting picked on, yours could be also.

Skip the garlic, highly overrated for treating diseases, more of a tonic.

2 clowns and a wrasse. I haven’t seen them bothering him at all.
Was going with the other options in the seachum pack focus and metroplex to start
