I was doing some wire management mounting all my apex stuff and shutoff everything and restarted. Got everything running right, but just started noticing weird things with my skimmer. I am starting to get a little bit of water in the small air intake silincer. What would cause this? Also, the skimmer is randomy shutting off and on, but the apex is not throwing in alarms and power is still to the outlet.

Water in the silencer could just be condensation. That's why they added that drain plug on the silencer. I would double check the skimmer program or your program in general to make sure there isn't a program line shutting the skimmer off. You can just plug the skimmer to a regular wall outlet and see if it keeps turning off. If it does then you have a bad pump, if not, it could be a program line or a bad APEX outlet.
