Have a few SPS that are quickly (<24 hrs) losing all tissue with rapid tissue necrosis (RTN), mostly from the base. Other SPS in the tank are fine, as are rest of the corals. Parameters all in check with recent ICP test, except a slight +1 ALK (9 to 10) in 24 hrs. But RTN started before that spike. Any ideas? Only select SPS affected which is odd. Do I chalk this up to 'who the hell knows?'

Frag it and dip. You could experiment with antibiotics to try and kill the bacteria that's infecting the coral. What's you po4?

.1 PO4

Tried the dip but maybe it was too late. The most baffling part of this is that it only affected 2x SPS, right next to each other.

Yes. This isn't uncommon. Relate it to how a virus or bacterial infection spreads in humans. Unfortunately, we can't frag people. ;)

There's a lot of work that's been done to understand what happens when SPS corals STN/RTN.

Here's a lecture sometime back discussing this topic:

I would frag away the infected parts.
