Salifert kit and bubbles?

I've been using salifert for yrs and never thought about this. But for the syringe used to draw sample water from, do you remove the bubbles? I know to leave the bubbles in the 1ml syringe used to for reagent, but have always removed the bubbles from the sample syringe.

I tap syringe (tip pointing up) and the air bubble will rise to the tip. Then, I press the plunger to release the air bubble.
