Scratch from net or uronema?

Just added in today from a pre-QT'd vendor. admittley I didn't look at them very well in the bag and just netted them out after temp acclimation. Is that what this is from or something more serious? Male lyretail anthias

Appears to be injury which should heal on its own, however Keep an eye on it for healing and not infection

Uronema is super common in newly acquired orange anthias. However, those lesions are usually linear and angled along the side of the fish. Here is an article I wrote about this disease:
