My scribbled Angel has been in QT for a week now, came from a system that ran CP for 30 days. As of this morning, this is what I noticed (VIDEO still processing to full HD)

Oh wow! Almost looks like velvet but not sure how that is possible with all that time in copper! Hopefully @Humblefish will chime in!

Sorry for your loss, that's velvet.

In CP -- what purity(source)? Also, if they had a HOB filter with any media in it, the poly media removes CP from the water. I learned this lesson the hard way recently, unfortunately.

Velvet or bacteria. Water change is a must. Additionally , increase oxygen if you can and reduce lights to slow down metabolism of the fish.
Acryflavine or formalin is an effective treatment.
