Sea Hare Feeding

Hello,

So I got a Dolabella sea hare a while back to help with my hair/Turf Algae problem. He certainly took care of the issue, but now I need to supplement feed him. I know for a fact that he eats Nori, and that's what I've been feeding him thus far. My question is how much do I feed him, and how often? He's not too big, probably only 3 inches total length.

A lot of times people will return the sea hares once they've done their job but I would imagine nori might suffice. I do not have direct experience with them though.
