Tabling Acro

I am looking to glue a Tabling acro to my back glass in my 29 Biocube and was wanting some pics of others that have had success doing this. I would also be interested in buying a frag from someone with a nice shelving acro. Let me know your thoughts/ideas...

I think you mean a Tabling Acro? And I am not sure if just glue is going to hold the frag on the glass long enough for it to encrust. I attached a Red Cap to my glass using a magnetic frag disk and reef putty, and once it had encrusted, I removed the disk.

Thanks Jared. Shelving got the point across - just not quit the right... What are some names of some of the popular tabling acros? Anyone selling nice tabling acro frags?

this is not the best idea. over time it will grow out over everything else which will block most light. this is long term thinking but if you do the reef right thats how you should be thinking.


PS: if this is the tyler H that i know i ran into the same problem with the large orange monti that was in the tank before i sold it to you.

I was only trying to clarify since I am a novice when it comes to SPS... I am a paly man lol. I had never heard of a shelving acro is all...

I gotcha Keith! That does make sense! I guess I need to stick to the smaller slower growing acans,chalice, etc....This is Tyler H and the tank is looking great! I need to get by before long when you're free to buy a few things! Let me know when you'll be around.
