Kinda looks majano anemone! Also have bubble algae there as well!
If it is a majano anemone is it good or bad?
The bubble algea is being sorted, albeit by a lazy rabbitfish, hes been in there just a month and only cleaned 1/8th of the bubbles.

My opinion majano not as bad as aptasia meaning doesn’t spread as fast but yes consider bad. Can use aptasia x to kill but if you only see one or two I consider best bet is uses some reef putty to smother. This way done come back and this worked perfectly for me.
