I just want to give a moment and thank Steve Berlin and the entire customer service department. I had an issue with my WiFi return pump in regards to the temp readings. I’m aware they hold a 5 year guarantee which is the main reason for purchase. The fact that I didn’t remember a receipt was my own fault, but they did what they could to assist me. REMEMBER TO GRAB THE RECEIPTS!! Reliable pump and an amazing warranty was definitely a plus. If you ever think of using Sicce as your back up pump or main source, do it. I’m more than happy with the 6.0 WiFi return. You will not regret it and I’m sure others, like myself, are feeling the same way.
