Sick orchid dottyback?

I have an orchid dottyback with a swollen abdomen, and what almost appears to be eggs coming out. Im trying to get a good picture, but its too fast. It is swimming and eating normal, ive had it two years

This sounds like internal parasites. I would buy metro and focus asap because you'll probably need to feed it.

Another option is a rectal prolapse but with a bloated stomach I lean to the first but both may be at play.

A photo or two of the fish would be most helpful.

I'm betting it's the latter.

It honestly dosent look like either to me. It just passed a bunch and more is working its way out. The photo I uploaded is the best I can get unfortunately. It's not that clear, but the white mass is visable, though the rock makes it hard to see

Is it possible that she's laying eggs? A lot of female creatures will produce eggs with or without a male present.

I was wondering in if that was a possibility...i had a freshwater puffer that laid eggs with out a mate on a regular basis.
