skimmer not working

My Reef Dynamic skimmer INS-135 stopped working. I made sure it had nothing to do with my Apex and it doesn't. next I took the pump out cleaned it and put it back together it worked fine for a little and quit again. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I have only had this skimmer running since January.

Pump went bad on your. I'd be putting in for a warranty pump.
