Snowflake clown issue

My snowflake clown is attacking my GSP coral. He just started it the other day and only does it during the evening when the lights are ramping down. Is this going to be a continuing issue? I only ask because I'm about to get a torch and I definitely don't want him to tear that up.

I have noticed, (on a few different occasions) Clownfish being extremely aggressive with Anemones and coral at my LFS's. I do not know why this is or how to prevent it, but I am worried about the same thing as I have a few very expensive Torch Coral that are in my QT tank at the moment and I would hate for my Clownfish to be constantly annoying them. I am following to see what others recommend.
