Something wrong with my fish! Please help

My sixline wrasse just started acting weird and upon closer inspection it looks like it's bleeding. Please help, is this marine ich or velvet? Fish is swimming funny and looks weak. Was just eating fine yesterday.

I dont see any ich or velvet. Do you have any anemones or something that might have stung or bit him? He also might have an internal parasite or worm

Hey thanks for the response. I don't have anything that may have stung him. What would I do if he has an internal parasite?

Do you have a glass lit that it may have hit when spooked?

I do have a glass lid, maybe that is what it is.

Yes, wrasses are notorious jumpers. Like @ihavecrabs suggested he may have been spooked and jumped and hit the lid.

Unfortunately it is quite common with wrasse to get spooked and hit glass lids. I hear it more with fairy wrasse than sixline. Is he in a shorter tank (height wise)?

When he attempts to swim, is it more one direction like a circle?

Yes it more in one direction. My tank is not really tall so that's probably it. I'll keep you guys updated, thanks for the help!
