That's strange... My female lays her eggs on a rock and the male fertilizes them as she does so.
In fact, the remainder of the article specifies that they lay eggs on the rocks, etc. Clowns are definitely not mouth breeders.

Yeah, I should have read article closely before posting. My pair do some "dancing" to get ready and then lay on a rock; personally I haven't witnessed behavior as authors described. And, I did just review their credentials and was underwhelmed. Maybe you can't believe everything you read on the Net? Mea culpa
