I started my first saltwater tank (5.6 gallon) about 6-7 weeks ago. Since setting up this tank I was over stocked with a small yellowtail blue damsel and a misbar ocellaris clownfish. I never had issues with water quality and the tank seemed to be able to handle the bio load. I decided to take the tank in a different direction and turned my fish into my LFS. I now have one tail spot blenny. I wanted to stick with at least one other fish. Who would be a good tank mate for him? I also started adding some zoa frags and plan to add a hollywood stunner chalice and a couple heads of kryptonite candy canes this weekend. The local fish store recommended a six line wrasse that I could train in once it gets a little older. Is this okay? I have heard they can be pretty aggressive but the stores in the area all keep suggesting it. I'm open to any other suggestions as well! Thanks.

Hmm, I have a fluval spec 3 and don't have to many options for fish at all. So I just stuck with coral. You can try a purple firefish as they are pretty docile.

Options may include a yellow assessor, swales basslet, firefish, clown goby, neon goby, trimma or eviota gobies, or a pink streak wrasse.

I'd say stay away from the sixline unless it's going to be your only inhabitant.
I have one of those tanks as well, and swapped out the default lighting for a Current USA Marine Orbit. It's an awesome little fixture.

Good job with recognizing that your tank was over stocked before! You can add a bottom dwelling fish like a clown goby. A basslet in that size might become aggressive.

I wouldn't worry about aggression from a basslet, a tail spot blenny is on the same level of aggression, they won't bother each other.
