Well. Evidence points to the sad conclusion that that monster anemone I got at the swap decided to get into a koralia 4. I don't know how exactly because it was very well attached to the rock one day and gone the next. I found several small chunks here and there today when I got home. The koralia never turns off and the guard on it is fairly closed in. Ugh!

Bta's and power heads do not match up together... You need to put something around them... Most of the time they will decide to wander when your gone for a weekend or a week too. I learned my leason about 17 years ago when I lost a several year old bta.

Thats always been my luck with anemones. No matter if they were in one of my 100 or 300 gallon tanks, they always seem to get stuck in a closed loop intake or power head. The look nice, but I never had luck with them.

Yup.. it was odd, the thing looked happy. got fed and I have no clue how it got sucked in there. Wife was pretty upset at it.

I know how you feel.. I come home from being out and find my green BTA in the MP10. Dead Nem! Running Carbon now to clean up the water and water change tomorrow.

I am done with Nems now and about to call it a day with the hobby!
