I began with a female about 5 months ago. I went to a LFS who had the same size male as my female and decided why not. I began the QT process, but after the first day, I woke up to what I thought would be the last day of him being alive. I visited a new LFS and found a large male Quoyi for VERY cheap and decided I wanted him ( thinking the other would be dead when I got back home). To my surprise, he was doing fine. I acclimated the second male into QT and they both seemed to get along. Not knowing what to do with all of them, I let the QT process ride out and see if they both would make it and they did. After QT I acclimated the smaller male into a social acclimation box. There was immediate aggression between the female and the new addition. To my surprise it subsided over a few hours and I released him into the tank. All was good. To cut this story short, this was the final result.
