Sump critter?

Found this in my sump after cleaning, looks like a pill bug has legs & runs prity wick. Was wondering if anyone knows what they are & if they are beneficial or a pest?

Hard to tell from the picture, but it might be an isopod. There are several types of isopods that are known to be pests. might be easier to tell in water.

After doing a bit more research. I think your right, it's got to be an isopod. Now I just hope it doesn't become a problem, thanks so much.
