I'm just finishing my build as we speak. 3 sections. Return pump and heater on the left. Refugium in the middle (that is also where my controller probes will be located). Filter sock and protein skimmer on the right.

I also put a media rack in the baffles between the refugium and the return pump.

The egg crate on the left will hold the filter sock (note the sump is on it's side while I'm siliconing it in place. This picture was taken tonight!

If you don't want to drill any holes you can get one of those hob overflows but from what I've heard they can be risky and could fail and can dump water onto your floor. Why are you trying to avoid drilling?
I'm going to be drilling my tank next week and I'm not worried about cracking the glass or anything honestly. You just need to watch videos and make sure you have a full understanding of what to do. Most people say it looks harder than it really is. I'm sure someone here will comment and back me up. BRS has a good video for drilling your tank. I'll try and find it for you if you want to check it out. It would look a lot better and be safer if you drilled your tank.
