Budget is under $200, and the height is under 14 inches

Good sump skimmers run more than 200 unless you get a used one but even the cheapest one's are around 200 just to let you know

It is well above 200 but the quietest skimmer I have ever owned is the NYOS.....you can't even tell it is running.

SCA skimmers give you a good bang for your buck. I've currently got two of the 302's and they do a great job. Choice also depends on the room you have in the sump.

I had this one on my one 150 I'm sealing it now for $150 it was running for a few months I'm upgrading to a 300 gal and going with a rally big skimmer
