Sump with roller filter

I want to do a sump with a roller filter. Does anyone have any experience with the trigger systems platinum sump? Interested, but haven't found any reviews. Top choice is geo's with a clarisea, but wanted to explore all of my options.

SubPilot on the other site has one. He also had a problem with it.
The company did fix the issue & he is a happy camper now.

Im looking at getting a roller mat sump also. Did you buy one of the roller sumps yet? If so thoughts on it?
