Anyone ever have a faulty power strip? Mine keeps tripping and turning everything off.

Tank has been running for months the same way with no problems. Then this week I came home to a power outage on Monday, and now the GFCI in the power strip itself keeps tripping. Sometimes it's 20 minutes and it trips, sometimes it's hours, and other days it doesn't trip at all.

I'm going to grab another strip today, just wanted to see what issues others have.

The equipment on the other plug for the outlet keeps running and has zero issues.

I also have my return pump and a heater running on a separate circuit, so the problem is more annoying than a disaster if the equipment shuts off.

Faulty GFI or there is a short in one of the electrical devices.
