I dont disagree with the other posts lots of good ideas. If it were me though honestly i would just use some elbow grease with what you got. A siphon hooked to a filter sick in sump....firm bristle brush....and go to town on what you got sucking it into the sock as you go. Some water change, an urchin(or 3), some turbos and i think you may be surprised how fast you van get the tank looking good.
