Test results and spreadsheets

So, I decided to start keeping better track of my water results and how it effects the corals and such, that way if something doesnt look right I can get an idea of what went wrong. I was wondering how many others do this, and is there a computer app or prog that will streamline it and possibly give useful info on certain things? Right now I have a very raw spreadsheet with places to record my results for each test and a spot to put the date of the test administered, I also put in a section so I can put my observations of corals and livestock and how they look for future reference.

Another option you might be interested in is My Aquarium Logger on the Google Play market. It was either free or pretty reasonable.(don't remember)
I use it to track 3 aquariums, corals, fish, dosing, parameters,etc

I looked at that spread sheet and decided I like mine better. I have a testing log page with color changes according to if it is in tolerances, a diary tab, a calculators tab, a water change history tab, an animal log tab, and a bio note book tab. AND it has no micros in it.
