Testing calc and dkh

When you test them do you need to cap and upside down the bottle everydrop or can I just drop lets say until 15 for calc then do 1 by 1 till i see what i get..

Depends on the test kit. Typically cap and shake every drop. I will typically add the amount to get it close to where i know my tank ussually runs then go from there.
